Refund & Cancellation

This policy explains how subscriptions to FrontStores can be cancelled and when refunds apply.
1. Try Before You Pay
Every installation comes with a free 30-day trial. You can fully evaluate the Software during this period at no cost. We encourage you to confirm it meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via the form on our home page.
- On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It will not renew after that.
- There are no cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because a free trial is provided to evaluate the Software beforehand.
- If you experience a genuine technical problem that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, you may request a refund for the current unused period. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. How to Request
To cancel or request a refund, contact us via the form on our home page with your shop name and registered mobile number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
